Athan Hilaki is a Singer, Songwriter, Multi-Instrumentalist (Guitar, Bass, Keyboards, Piano, Ukulele, Harmonica, Percussion), a Producer and a Live streamer. He was born in Athens, Greece and moved to New York in 2008. He is the founding member of the Alternative Rock / Indie Rock band, Trapped In Static (New York, 2011) as well as GAD (Athens, Greece, 2005). Athan has worked with various bands and singer/songwriters as a guitarist, bassist and keyboardist on stage as well as in studio as a producer and session musician. Along with Trapped In Static and GAD he has shared the stage with musicians such as The Killers, Duffy, The Prodigy and more.
In 2014 Athan wrote the soundtrack for the TV movie “Preying For Mercy”, written & directed by Bill Duke, featuring the two time EMMY award winner Martha Byrne. Since then, he has written many soundtracks, as well as theater and film scores. Currently residing in Los Angeles, Athan continues to write music, perform & stream live and is also touring with various musicians such Alethea, Amy Stargher and more.
Athan was one of the first 12 broadcasters worldwide to livestream on PICO XR (12/2022 to 10/2023 – Virtual Reality stream – currently available in Europe & Asia), and is currently performing daily online (Vocals, Guitar, Synths and Live Looping) on BIGO LIVE (TOP100 US broadcasters with over 160k followers – available worldwide).

This looper setup, provides as many channels as you need and is fully controllable via midi controllers, midi keyboards, PC commands etc. It has more flexibility and options than any looper pedal you might find in the market! It can be used by guitarists (foot controlled) and vocalists (hand controlled). The audio quality is high resolution 48kHz 24 Bit. You can use Koala Sampler as your drum machine, with which you can create beats on the fly (also able to map with midi controller), or have pre-set drum patterns.
